In this workshop our focus is on healthy and conscious pregnancy and birth that is every woman's right and natural gift. Allow our group of skilled, and experienced presenters to enlighten and encourage you to choose wisely as you care for yourself (partner, student, client) and baby during pregnancy and birth.

Your day will include informative talks, question and answer sessions, hands-on massage techniques, prenatal Yoga, and more. We want to be sure to keep your energy up, so in addition to experiencing gentle Yoga and breathing techniques, a healthy lunch will be served and snacks and herbal tea will be provided throughout the day. All will leave The Living Seed with a good understanding of the process of pregnancy and birth, and a familiarity with the various options available for a natural prenatal and birthing experience.

LMHC Yoga Teachers Prenatal Training Workshop will begin at 10am and end at 3:30pm Yoga Teachers learn the Do & Don't's for pregnant women within their Yoga practice, learn poses variations and practice assits.

Mothering for Mothers Support Group

A facilitated support group for mothers who desire an OPEN, GENTLE, LOVING space to SHARE, UNWIND, BE REAL about the challenging journey of motherhood and its impact on your life.

In this group you will be lead in simple practices of sharing and relaxation designed to help you feel received, nurtured and human. Find a sitter for your child/children and make time for you.
